One-time purchases
Our browser extensions (FocusGuard, Snapp) offer lifetime access with a one-time payment. Since there's no recurring billing, there's nothing to cancel.
Subscription products
If you have a subscription (e.g., EnduroTrack or future native apps), you can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Refund requests
If you're unhappy with a purchase or experience issues we can't resolve, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund review.

Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
