App Store subscriptions
EnduroTrack Premium subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store. All payments and refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies.
Requesting a refund from Apple
To request a refund for an EnduroTrack subscription:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find the EnduroTrack purchase
- Select "Request a refund"
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your EnduroTrack subscription anytime:
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select EnduroTrack and tap Cancel
Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Technical issues
If you're experiencing technical issues with EnduroTrack that prevent you from using the app, please contact us at info@visionion.dev before requesting a refund. We may be able to resolve the issue.
