Description of service
EnduroTrack is an iOS app that provides health and wellness insights based on data from Apple HealthKit. It offers both free and premium subscription features.
Not medical advice
Important: EnduroTrack provides informational insights only. It is not a medical device and does not provide:
- Medical diagnosis
- Treatment recommendations
- Emergency services
- Professional health advice
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information from EnduroTrack.
Subscriptions
EnduroTrack Premium is available as a subscription through the App Store. Payments are processed by Apple. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms and the pricing displayed in the app.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Cancel anytime in your App Store account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use EnduroTrack for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute EnduroTrack.
Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, and code related to EnduroTrack are owned by Visionion. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.
Disclaimer
EnduroTrack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use, including but not limited to health decisions made based on app insights.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of EnduroTrack after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
