Snapp Premium is a digital product (browser extension upgrade). Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer automatic refunds after purchase.
Requesting a refund
If you're unhappy with Snapp Premium or experience technical issues that we cannot resolve, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. We'll review your request and process refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Processing time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
